(1807-1899) |
James Haydock 78,211
General Notes: Both John Haydock and Mary Wright died in 1814, leaving five children. According to the custom of the society of Friends, or Quakers, the children were "apprenticed" to various members of the Society until becoming of age. James Haydock, the youngest son, was placed in the family of James Middleton, of Rahmway, a relative and an owner of a tannery, where the boy learned the trade of the tanner. James married Catherine Elizabeth Howe on 9 Mar 1843 in New Burlington, Ohio. (Catherine Elizabeth Howe died on 30 Mar 1844 in New Bulington, Ohio.) James next married Elizabeth Eleanor Howe on 18 Jun 1846 in New Burlington, Ohio. (Elizabeth Eleanor Howe died on 11 May 1890 in New Bulington, Ohio.) |
